Description

1967-1969 Chevy Camaro - Conversion to Front Disc Proportioning Valve
For use on Disc/Drum Setup Only
Our Proportion Valve comes with a 1 year warranty.

Disc/Drum Proportion Valve

Our brake proportioning valve has a 9/16"-18 connection for Rear Brakes & Dual 3/8"-24 ports for the front brakes.
The connections from the Master Cylinder are 1/2"-20 and 7/16"-24.
This valve comes with a 1 year warranty.
We also offer a pigtail for the prop valve wire sensor and a prop valve bleeding tool in the related items section of this page.

Note about GM Proportioning/Combination Valves:
Some 1967-70 cars had a dual master cylinder and were available in front drum/rear drum brakes. 1967 was the first year for disc brakes. If the car has factory front drum brakes, there is a distribution block with a built-in brake warning switch. If the car has factory front disc brakes, it uses the drum distribution block in conjunction with a disc brake hold off valve, which make the disc cars a 2 part valve. For disc brake conversions, the above replacement aftermarket 1 piece proportioning valve is available. This valve will not plumb into existing factory lines.
