Shipping Charges and Policy

Availability

Please note some products may not be available or may take longer than normal to arrive due to supplier backlog. All KeyParts GROUND shipped products are shipping 2 to 5 business days after placing your order, all Truck Freighted (large and heavy) items are shipping 3 to 10 business days after placing your order. American Autowire Classic Update products are shipping 3 weeks after placing your order. Brake Parts typically ship the same day or next day.

Carolina Classic Trucks Shipping Policy
We take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, however if an item is damaged in shipment, please review our return policy.
Certain Fiberglass and Plastic Hoods have to be made when ordered.  Please allow a 3 week build time for hoods.

Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. When you reach the SHIPPING/PAYMENT page please select the correct option for your item(s). If you are unsure of which option to select or if your shipping cost is incorrect,  we'll contact you with updated shipping cost via email. Email us anytime if you are unsure of which shipping method applies to your product.

Ground Service

This shipping method is used the most.  If you do not see this as an option during checkout, your weight has exceeded ground shipping limits.  Please email or call us for an accurate shipping quote.
We use FedEx, UPS, and U.S. Postal Service for shipping all products except those indicated Truck Freight.

2nd Day and Overnight Shipping - available by phone or email only.
- Express Shipping within the continental United States (lower 48 states) is available for orders of regular sized items. Note: The item(s) on the order must be eligible for express shipping. Express shipping orders placed on business days by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Time will be shipped out the next business day. All Express Shipments placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.  On orders shipped 2nd Day or Overnight, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason.

Free Shipping Policy
Get FREE SHIPPING on qualified items without any hidden fees.
Free ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Merchandise total must be or exceed $55 after any coupons, promotions, or discounts are applied. If your order qualifies for free shipping it will be shown at checkout.

Wheel rate - Now get free shipping on any quantity.
Applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Tire rate - Get free shipping for Nitto, Milestar and Fuel Tires (SuperSwamper excluded).
Note: Some tires may cost less to ship.
Applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Truck Freight (Undercovers/Hoods/Doors/Fenders/Grille Guards/Tire-Wheel Packages) - $300.00
(Residential address truck freight is $400.00)

 On the SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION page during checking out, please select one of theTruck Freight Options  in the shipping method box. This method of shipping is for all items that are truck freight with the exceptions below. **Please note the truck freight cost  listed above usually will cover the cost of truck freight, if your freight quote we receive from the trucking terminal is more than our truck freight cost listed above, we will notify you via email before we process your order.**

Truck Freight Note:
Some of our products like oversized sheet metal, are too large to ship via UPS or other standard carriers and must be delivered by truck. All orders requiring delivery by truck must be prepaid.
Prices will depend on the area of the country you live in.  All truck freight orders need to be checked by the receiver before being signed for. (Please open the box and inspect your item) Once the paperwork is signed and given to the driver, Carolina Classic Trucks will not be held liable for any damage to the product. If your item is damaged do not sign for the package, which will prevent you from any liability.  Refuse the package and please notify us at returns@carolinaclassictrucks.com if your item arrives damaged.  We will get another item shipped to you as soon as possible. At times, we will send a truck to pickup your damaged item. We prefer to ship to business addresses if possible.  Please contact us if you have any questions about your item. Undercover Tonneau Covers, All Hoods, All Door Shells, All One Piece Grille Guards, &
All Tire & Wheel Packages and Oversized Bumpers must be truck freighted.
Carolina Classic Trucks will not be held liable for any truck freight charges on any returned items.

• Fedex Shipments
   These items will usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days.  Delivery of normal ground shipments can take from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Some items are considered Fedex oversize or Fedex overweight. These items will have an added fee over and above the standard shipping cost.
  
  

• UPS Shipments
  Delivery of normal ground shipments will usually take from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. Some items are considered UPS oversize or UPS overweight. These items will have an added fee over and above the standard shipping cost. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (next business day), 2nd Day & Express delivery are available for an additional fee. Email us for a shipping quote. Please note, not all items can be delivered express.
  
  Truck Freight

• Some of our products like oversized sheet metal, are too large to ship via UPS or other standard carriers and must be delivered by truck. All orders requiring delivery by truck must be prepaid. Our truck freight rates are typically $300.00 to a commercially zoned business with dock or forklift and $450.00 to a residential address. **Please note the truck freight cost shown will usually cover the cost of truck freight, if your freight quote we receive from the trucking terminal is more than our truck freight cost listed above, we will notify you via email before we process your order.**

• Sheet metal parts are very susceptible to slight damage during shipment. No credit will be issued for sheet metal that has small pecks, dings, scratches, or other minor flaws. Body panels will require minor body work for a quality finish.
  
  

• Track your Order  
  

  You can check on the status of your order at any time. We email most tracking numbers. Some of our suppliers do not give us tracking numbers unless requested. If you do not receive a tracking number and you need to track your order, email us. 
  
  NOTICE: Carolina Classic Trucks authorizes you to use their tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered for you and for no other purpose. Any other use of this tracking system and information is strictly prohibited.
