Valve appears same as original and fits well. Bracket provided does not match but we were able to reuse old bracket and seemed to work fine.

Bracket was not correct for a '94 GMC Sierra C1500 4.3L but the female threads were correct for the fittings. I got it to work by removing the bracket, attaching the fittings, and using zip ties to hold it to the old bracket.

Great replacement part.

Would have given it five stars but part did not match original perfectly. Install was not difficult. However had to use old school methods to bleed brake system.

Customer Service is Fast and will go the extra mile to resolve any issues. I will do business again.

The part I received to replace the defective proportioning valve for my 1993 GMC 3500 was a direct match for the obsolete, and otherwise seemingly impossible to find part. Thank you so much for making it possible for me to keep a 23 year old truck with only 57k on it still on the road.

I really needed this part. My shuttle valve was stuck in the bore of the proportioning valve. I was leaking fluid out the front brake side pressure relief valve from under the rubber end cap/boot. Thank goodness these folks had the discontinued part. Got to me in 2.5 days. My only issue in the thread boring on 2 of the ports was not "clean". It was a very rough cut on the threads. Like mini burrs. Very hard to line up the lines with the usual fine metric threads from the pipe fittings. I took great caution to ensure the pipe fittings were not cross-threaded. Just hard to go in the whole thread pattern. I had a small leak on two of the fittings when I was done. I really had to crank on the fittings with my "Snap on line wrenches" to stop the leaks. This part will never be able to be serviced again, or I will need another new one. I do not have a bottoming double flare tap. I do not even know if anyone makes one. Probably could have worked to clean the threads holding the unit upside down. Very risky stuff. I was able to make it safely back home to Montana. The part worked well.

Works as advertised and costs a lot less than at other places (if they have it at all). Wish it came without the mounting bracket, but that was easy enough to deal with. Great part and excellent customer service.

great part fit great made a little modification to the bracket

This is a very common brake valve used on several models of GM pickups and Suburbans but is obsolete if you try and buy it from a dealership. Although the valve fits many models the mounting bracket is often different from model to model. We simply remove the bracket from the new valve and put our OEM bracket on in it's place.
