Features:

8" Drop, 8" Rise
Towing capacity: up to 14,000 lbs (1,500 Lbs Tongue Weight)
Fits all standard 2" receivers. Sleeve required for 2-1/2" receivers (part #3800)
Works with all Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch models and with the EZ HD combo ball (but NOT EZ Adjust combo ball)
Rack only - no other hardware included
Meets V5 and SAE J684 certifications
Made in the USA
