In our cab bolt kits are all of the visible fasteners required to assemble your truck from the rear window forward. High grade polished stainless steel fasteners are used throughout. Cab Forward Bolt kits include bolts such as: front inner fenders, radiator support and hood latch, hood hinges, firewall and cowl, door latches, front bumper, door hinges, and headlights.
Use Anit-Seize Seize and all fasteners to prevent galling.
How do you prevent metal galling?
1. Use proper lubricants.
2. Slow down the tightening speed.
3. Avoid cut bolt threads.
6. Keep threads clean; follow torque specs.and all fasteners to prevent galling.
